Anti-Spam Policy
Montanez Legal Group works hard to support responsible commerce on the Internet, and these efforts include doing everything we can to combat “spam” a slang term that refers to the sending of unsolicited email, instant messaging or other communication to a large group of people at once. “Spam” variations can include off topic, promotional messages on bulletin boards, guestbooks, Usenet newsgroups, or chat rooms. Spam is strictly against Montanez Legal Group policies and Terms of Service, and will result in the immediate disablement of any partners who are found to have used spam in conjunction with their Montanez Legal Group advertising agreements.
Our Anti-Spam Measures
We implement the following measures to prevent and address spam:

- User Reporting: We provide users with the ability to report spam or suspicious activities on our website.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of spam activities on our website, including but not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited promotional messages.

Mailing Practices
1. Preferred partners/vendors must not modify the headers of any message in such a way that purposefully obfuscates the origin of the message.
2. Undeliverable addresses must be removed from all future mailings after no more than 5 bounces.
3. Preferred partners/vendors are responsible for the practices of any affiliate program members they work with, as if they were hiring an outside advertising agency.
4. Preferred partners/vendors using either outside advertising companies or third-party mailing programs must abide by the same policies and practices as those using Montanez Legal Group own bulk mailing list tools.
5. All mailings must provide clear and simple to follow instructions for opting-out of future mailings, and all reasonable attempts must be made to facilitate the removal of a mailing list subscriber at their request.
